Can you ship to my country?
Yes,of course we can.We ship to all the countries in the world.
When can I receive my order?
Delivery time=order processing time+shipping time.Different items have different order processing time,you may find this info on the product page.Before shipment we usually need about 2-4 weeks(it might vary)to finish it for you.
After your order is ready,we will send it out to you(it usually will arrive in 3-6 working days after it is shipped out).
Of course,if you need your order urgently,please comment on your order regarding when you need it and we will try our best to help you.
Do you do custom measurements?

Yes, we offer a full custom tailored experience for our custom suits. All you need to do is select which design you are interested in and within each listing provide us with your measurements. We ask that you please double check your measurements prior to submitting your order. Please note that our printer can only provide custom suits for individuals up to 350 lbs at this time. If the pattern is stretched any wider over the fabric, it will be heavily distorted and not up to standard.

Do I have to pay VAT/Sale tax?
We do not add any additional charges or taxes in China.
VAT has been applied on the item which covered by our supplier, customer may not involve in such fee.
Usually you won't be charged custom duties or other taxes by your custom officers but in some cases,you might be charged by such fees.
Please understand that www.funpartycos.com cannot control or predict what/how much the fee may be because the custom and tax policy varies from country to country.
Note: Buyers should be responsible for the custom duties or other taxes.
We do not usually declare your goods at a very low value but if you have any instructions on wallbill,invoice declaration,please comment on your order to let us know(we will try our best to help you).

How do I change order information after submitting an order?

If you need any changes, please contact us within 24 hours from the minute the order is placed

Why should I provide my phone number?
A right and valid phone number is vital and compulsory.
1) We can speak to you directly in urgent cases.
2) We can't print out the shipping label when that information box is blank.
3) The shipping company or the delivery man may have to text you or call you to check address, delivery time and other important things.

What exactly am I purchasing when I place an order? Am I only paying for the design?

When you place an order based on one of the designs we have listed on our website, you are paying for a FULLY SEWN BODYSUIT. You will receive a fully sewn and assembled suit, you are NOT paying for the design. We will print the design onto the fabric of your choice, cut out, sew, and assemble the full body suit for you.

Do you do custom orders?

We suggest searching our collection to see if there is a specific design you are looking for. If you cannot find anything, please contact us. If you have your own design/pattern file, you can place an order using the listing below. You will need to provide us with a link to the design file (Google Dropbox, Google Drive, Onedrive, etc).
